摘  要:以多聚甲醛和2,6-二叔丁基苯酚为原料,合成3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苄基甲基醚,并用红外光谱(FT-IR)证实产物有预期结构。第一步多聚甲醛的解聚,正交实验结果表明最佳实验条件:在甲醇溶剂中叔丁醇钾为催化剂,解聚时间45 min,解聚温度60℃,解聚后的甲醛在溶液中含量38.1%;第二步醚化反应,正交实验结果表明最佳实验条件:醚化时间10 h,醚化温度90℃,n(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)∶n(多聚甲醛)=1∶1.50,叔丁醇钾用量3.0%,3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苄基甲基醚收率87.6%。Using paraformaldehyde and 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol as raw materials,3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzyl methyl ether is synthesized,and it is confirmed by infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)that the product has the expected structure.In the first step of depolymerization of paraformaldehyde,the orthogonal experimental results show that the best experimental conditions are as follows:potassium tert-butoxide is used as the catalyst in methanol solvent,the depolymerization time is 45 min,and the depolymerization temperature is 60℃,and the depolymerized formaldehyde content in the solution is 38.1%.In the second step of etherification reaction,the orthogonal experiment results show that the best experimental conditions are etherification time 10 h,etherification temperature 90℃,n(2,6-di-tert-butylphenol)∶n(paraformaldehyde)=1∶1.50.When the dosage of potassium tert-butoxide is 3.0%,the yield of 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzyl methyl ether is 87.6%.
