摘　　要：男性生育能力呈下降趋势,而引起男性生殖功能障碍的具体因素及发生机制仍不清楚。影响男性生育能力的因素中,氧化应激(oxidative stress,OS)和炎症介质所致男性生殖功能损害是造成男性不育的重要机制。蓝莓花青素(Blueberry Anthocyanins,BA)是浆果蓝莓中提取的主要活性物质,具有抗氧化、抗炎等疗效,其在一定剂量范围内可通过抗氧化及抗炎机制来改善和修复上述病理变化所造成的男性生殖功能障碍。因此,本文就男性生殖系统与OS及炎症介质的相关性进行综述,进一步阐述BA的抗氧化、抗炎机制以及对男性生殖系统的保护作用,以期BA为男性生殖功能障碍患者提供新的诊疗思路和理论依据。Male fertility has been declining,but the specific factors and mechanisms of male reproductive dysfunction are still unclear.Among the various factors affecting male fertility,oxidative stress(OS)and the damage of male reproductive function caused by inflammatory mediators are the important mechanisms of male infertility.Blueberry anthocyanins(BA)is the main active substance extracted from blueberries,which has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.At a certain dose,it can improve and repair the male reproductive dysfunction caused by the pathological changes through antioxidant and anti-inflammatory mechanisms.Therefore,this article reviews the correlation between male reproductive system and OS and inflammatory mediators,and further expounds the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory mechanisms of BA and its protective effect on male reproductive system,in order to provide an insight into its diagnosis and treatment and build a theoretical basis for treating male reproductive dysfunction patients.
