摘　　要：当前我国已进入高质量发展阶段,经济社会发展面临着严峻的水资源和水环境挑战。为丰富我国治水手段,增强治水能力,分析美国、英国、日本等国家在经济社会高速发展阶段治水法律法规的演进历程,提出新时代我国治水法律法规发展和完善的相关建议。Currently,China has entered a stage of high-quality development,and economic and social development is facing severe challenges in terms of water resources and water environment.This paper analyzes the evolution of water laws and regulations of the US,the UK,Japan and other countries,when their economy and societyare undergoing rapid development.Based on this,it puts forward relevant recommendations for the development and improvement ofwater laws and regulations of China in the new era,with the aim of enriching China s water governance means and capabilities.
