摘　　要：重症监护病房(ICU)成人患者在住院期间常经历中至重度疼痛,严重的疼痛可诱发一系列生理反应,不利于患者预后。随着ICU患者的疼痛评估与治疗不断更新,疼痛管理也成为ICU成人患者个体化诊疗不可或缺的环节。但目前关于疼痛管理仍存在诸多不足及分歧,相关的疼痛评估及治疗方法仍需进一步展开总结和探讨,故本文就ICU成人患者疼痛管理展开综述。Adult patients in the Intensive Care Unit(ICU)often experience moderate to severe pain during their stay in the hospital,and severe pain can trigger a range of physiological responses that can be detrimental to the patient's prognosis.As medical research continues to evolve,the assessment and treatment of pain in ICU adult patients are constantly being updated and pain management has become an integral part of the individualized treatment of ICU patients.However,there are still many gaps and differences in pain management,and relevant pain assessment and treatment methods still need to be further summarized and discussed.
