摘 要:为探索直喷汽油机车辆冷起动后的颗粒物数量(particle number,PN)排放特性,选取了全球轻型车统一测试循环(worldwide harmonized light vehicles test cycle,WLTC)直喷汽油机聚类点工况,在发动机台架上试验研究了燃油喷射压力与喷油时刻对PN的影响规律,并基于台架的PN结果进行了整车WLTC测试循环的PN排放对比试验研究。试验研究结果表明,喷油提前角分布在240°~280°曲轴转角区间时,PN排放相对较低;提高喷射压力可使直喷汽油机PN排放降低约40%~70%;提高喷射压力后,WLTC测试循环下,直喷车低速段PN降低约40%,整个测试循环PN降低约30%。直喷车冷起动低负荷工况通过选取合理的喷油提前角和提高喷射压力,可大幅降低PN排放量。In order to explore the particle number(PN)emission characteristics of direct injection gasoline engine after cold start,the cluster operation points of worldwide harmonized light vehicles test cycle(WLTC)for direct injection gasoline engine were selected.The effects of fuel injection pressure and injection advance angle on PN emission were studied on engine test bench.And the PN emission of WLTC was compared based on the results of PN test bench optimization.The results show that the PN emission is relatively low when the injection advance angle is in the range of 240°~280°crank angle.And when the injection pressure is increased,the PN emission can be reduced by about 40%~70%.PN in the first phase of the direct injection vehicle decreased by about 40%,and the complete test cycle PN emissions decreased by about 30%.It can be concluded that the PN emission can be greatly reduced by selecting reasonable injection advance angles and increasing injection pressure under low load condition after vehicle cold start.
