契约执行效率如何影响中国制造业价值链升级?——基于产品升级视角

摘　　要：构建契约执行效率影响制造业全球价值链产品升级的理论模型并分析其作用机制,在此基础上,使用2000—2013年中国工业企业数据库和中国海关数据库等进行实证检验。结果表明:提高契约执行效率有助于制造业全球价值链产品升级。机制分析表明,提高契约执行效率通过增加中间品进口种类、提高中间品进口质量促进了制造业全球价值链产品升级。进一步研究发现,契约执行效率的提高对外资企业、差异化产品、中西部地区价值链产品升级的作用更大。This paper constructs a theoretical model of the impact of contract execution efficiency on product upgrading of manufacturing global value chain and analyzes its mechanism.On this basis,an empirical test is made by using the data of China Industrial Enterprise Database and China Customs Databasefrom 2000 to 2013.The results show that improving the contract execution efficiency is conducive to the product upgrading of the manufacturing global value chain.Mechanism analysis shows that improving the efficiency of contract execution promotes the product upgrading of manufacturing global value chain through increasing the types and enhancing the quality of intermediate imports.Further research shows that the improvement of contract execution efficiency plays a greater role in the upgrading of foreign-funded enterprises,differentiated products and value chain products in the central and western regions.
