县域金融集聚、要素配置结构与粮食生产供给——来自中国县域的经验证据

摘　　要：基于要素配置结构调整视角,探究不同层级的县域金融集聚对粮食生产供给的影响及作用机制,并运用粮食主产区306个县(县级市)2007—2017年的面板数据进行实证检验。研究发现,县域金融集聚对粮食生产供给具有非线性倒“U”形影响,不同方式的稳健性检验也证实了上述结论的可靠性。机制检验发现,县域金融集聚发展通过影响粮食生产要素配置结构调整作用于粮食生产供给。具体而言,县域金融集聚发展会加剧非农部门与粮食生产所依赖的劳动力、土地等资源要素的竞争,促使粮食种植业劳动力流失与耕地压力上升,同时也会促进农业技术进步与农业资本深化,进而引致农业资本对劳动力要素替代、亩均农业技术(资本)投入增加以及土地流转与规模经营,从而实现粮食稳产增产。Based on the perspective of factor allocation structure adjustment,this paper explores the impact of different levels of county financial agglomeration on food production supply and its mechanism,and makes empirical test with the panel data from 306 counties(county-level cities)in major food-producing areas from 2007 to 2017.The study has found that county financial agglomeration has a nonlinear inverted“U”-shaped impact on food production,and robustness tests in different ways also confirmed the reliability of the conclusion.The mechanism test shows that the county financial agglomeration leads to the adjustment of food production factor allocation structure adjustment and affect grain production supply.Specifically,county financial agglomeration will intensify competition between non-agricultural sector and resource factors such as labor force,land and other resource elements on which food production depends,and promote the loss of labor force in the grain planting industry,but it also promote the progress of agricultural technology and the deepening of agricultural capital.Therefore,county financial agglomeration will lead to the substitution of agricultural capital for labor factors,the increase of agricultural technology(capital)investment per hectare,and the transfer of land and large-scale management,thereby achieving stable and increased food production.
