摘  要:受地形和天气的影响,黄土高原山区水库以土石坝为主。由于降雨期主要集中在汛期,存在短时间内洪水量大、洪水演进速度快的特点,有较大的溃坝风险。溃坝突发性强,破坏力大,开展水库溃坝洪水计算及洪水演进分析是对水库发生事故时进行科学决策的基础。以横泉水库为例,从溃坝方式的确定到水文计算的合理性分析,通过对比不同溃坝洪水与区间洪水的组合方式,确定了可能出现的最大流量,得到下游各断面水力要素成果。此研究可为政府科学决策、合理安排下游发展规划,以及水库的防洪体系建设和防洪应急抢险预案提供关键技术支撑。Affected by topography and weather,the main reservoirs in the mountainous area of the Loess Plateau are earthrock dams.Since the rainfall period is mainly concentrated in the flood season,it has the characteristics of large amount of flood in a short time and rapid flood evolution as well as a high risk of dam break.Dam break is sudden and destructive.The flood calculation and flood evolution analysis of reservoir dam break are the basis of scientific decision-making when reservoir accident occurs.Taking Hengquan Reservoir as an example,from the determination of dam break mode to the rationality analysis of hydrological calculation,the possible maximum discharge is determined by comparing the combination of different dam break flood and interval flood,and the results of hydraulic elements of each downstream section are obtained.This study can provide key technical support for the government to make scientific decisions,rationally arrange downstream development planning,and construct the reservoir flood control system and flood control emergency response plan.
