摘　　要：通过对食品加工机械中不完全齿轮啮合过程的分析和精确的计算,判断不完全齿轮在传动过程中是否会发生卡死现象,并对如何解决卡死现象进行了探讨。Through the analysis and accurate calculation of the meshing process of incomplete gears in food processing machinery,whether the incomplete gears would be stuck in the transmission process is judged,and how to solve the stuck phenomenon was discussed.
