摘　　要：从安全本质问题出发,分析了可能影响压力容器安全使用的重要因素,并细化、筛选、总结了影响达到设计使用年限压力容器安全使用的子因素,建立了一种简便的安全评估方法流程。在实际应用中,通过评价子因素,并结合历史检验数据判断压力容器现存或已消除但曾检出的损伤是否与时间相关,从而为达到设计使用年限的压力容器能否安全使用、如何安全使用给出合理且有价值的评估结果。In this paper,important factors influencing the safety of pressure vessels were analyzed,including sub-factors which influencing the safety using of pressure vessels beyond the design service life to set up a process of safety evaluation.In practice,through evaluating every sub-factors and analyzing historical inspection data,the possibility of any existing damage or the ever-existed or being eliminated damage may correlate to times was judged to determine safety using of the pressure vessels over the design service life and to provide them with reasonable and valuable evaluation results.
