摘  要:为探究离心油泵性能曲线的计算方法,快速准确地得到输送不同粘性工质时离心油泵的性能,利用CFD数值计算工具,采用ANSI和KSB曲线换算方法,以一种汽轮机主油泵为研究对象,对该主油泵输送46#汽轮机油进行性能试验,对比计算结果与试验数据,结果显示,通过CFD计算和ANSI方法所得性能换算曲线与试验数据具有较好的符合度,通过计算给出了主油泵必须空蚀余量(NPSHR)变化曲线,表明采用此方法能准确描述主油泵工作性能。For purpose of exploring calculation method of the centrifugal oil pump performance curves,and quickly and accurately obtaining the performance for conveying different viscous fluids,having CFD numerical calculation tool employed,both ANSI and KSB curve conversion methods adopted,and the steam turbine’s main oil pump taken as the research object were implemented to test the performance of this main oil pump which transporting 46#turbine oil.Comparing results calculated with the data tested shows,that ANSI conversion curve from CFD numerical calculation and ANSI method and the test data are in good agreement;in addition,the change curve of the main oil pump’s NPSHR was presented through calculation to show that,this method adopted can accurately describe the main oil pump performance.
