摘  要:采用激波管爆破试验和有限元模拟方法,研究了316L不锈钢膜片的极端破裂现象。采用高温拉伸试验、金相显微镜和EBSD技术,确定316L不锈钢板材的高温抗拉强度、组织形态、晶粒度及其织构。结果表明,316L不锈钢板材中存在分布不均匀的奥氏体织构和轧制流线,导致膜片材料力学性能各向异性。模拟刻槽部位抗拉强度不同的膜片的爆破,结果显示当两条刻槽部位抗拉强度相差2.5%以上时,会出现膜片爆破形态不对称的现象;相差7.5%以上,会出现只沿着一条刻槽破开的极端现象。分析认为,织构与组织不均匀性是导致膜片极端破裂的主要原因。进行的50次爆破试验中约有30%的膜片出现爆破形态不对称现象,爆破形态试验结果与模拟结果吻合较好。膜片制备应采用交叉轧制工艺或对膜片进行适当热处理。Making use of the bursting test on shock tube and the finite element modeling to analyze extreme rupture of the texture of 316L stainless steel diaphragm was implemented,including having high-temperature tensile strength,microstructure,grain size and texture of 316L stainless steel sheet determined by high temperature tensile test,metallographic microscope and EBSD technology.The results show that,the uneven distribution of the austenite texture in 316L stainless steel plate and the rolling line will lead to the anisotropy of the mechanical properties of the diaphragm material.Simulating the burst of diaphragm with different tensile strength at the slot shows that,when the strength difference is more than 2.5%,the shape asymmetry of the diaphragm will appear after the blasting;when the strength difference is more than 7.5%,there will be an extreme phenomenon of breaking only along a groove.Analysis results show that,the texture’s and tissue’s nonuniformity are the main reasons for the extreme rupture of the diaphragm.Of 50 blasting tests conducted,about 30% of the diaphragm has the phenomenon of asymmetrical blasting morphology,and the blasting morphology test results are in good agreement with the simulation ones.The diaphragm shall be prepared by cross rolling process or by proper heat treatment.
