摘  要:采用数值模拟的方法,研究了结构和操作参数变化对蒸汽消烟型火炬引射结构性能的影响。结果表明:对于不同结构喷嘴型式,拉法尔单喷嘴引射结构性能最佳;喉口直径和入口压力均对引射性能有影响,随着喉口直径和入口压力的增加,引射比均逐渐降低,但引射空气量和工作蒸汽量均逐渐增加;多喷嘴引射结构中,各列喷嘴之间有相互抑制,且入射角度越大,抑制效果越明显。Having the numerical simulation method employed to investigate influence of both structure and operating parameter variation on the performance of steam smokeless flare’s ejector structure was implemented to show that,for different nozzle structure,Laval single-nozzle ejection structure has best performance;both throat diameter and inlet pressure have an impact on the ejection performance,and the ejection ratio gradually decreases and the amount of working steam and ejected air increases gradually with the increasing of the throat diameter and inlet pressure;as for the multi-nozzle structure,the mutual inhibition exists among each row of nozzles there and the inhibition effect becomes more obviously when the spray angle increases.
