新时代助推乡村精神生活共同富裕路径探析

摘　　要：新时代助推乡村精神生活共同富裕有助于实现乡村振兴战略,实现共同富裕,建设社会主义现代化强国。现阶段助推实践中面临的挑战及原因主要有:部分农村基层党组织软弱涣散,助推主体能力不强;部分乡村村民思想文化素养不够,助推对象素质不高;部分地区乡村文娱生活单调,助推方法、载体、人才缺乏;部分乡村精神文明氛围不浓,助推环境优化不足。新时代助推乡村精神生活共同富裕路径主要有:加强农村基层党组织建设,用优良党风促进乡村精神富足;增强社会主义意识形态引领,用良好社风带动乡村精神富裕;加强社会主义文化建设,用淳朴民风丰盈乡村精神世界;优化乡村地区人文环境,用有效社会治理保障乡村精神富盈。Promoting common prosperity of rural spiritual life in the new era is helpful to realize rural vitalization strategy and build a great modern socialist country.At present,the challenges and causes are as follows:some rural primary-level Party organizations are weak and lax and the main entities are not strong in ability;some rural villagers'cultural literacy is not enough;in some areas,rural recreational life is monotonous,and promoting methods,carriers and talents are lacking;the spiritual civilization atmosphere in some villages is not strong,and the promoting environment is not completely optimized.In the new era,the ways to promote the common prosperity of rural spiritual life mainly include:strengthening the construction of rural primarylevel Party organizations and promoting rural spiritual prosperity with excellent Party conduct;strengthening the guidance of socialist ideology,and driving the rural spiritual prosperity with good social spirit;strengthening the construction of socialist culture and enriching the rural spiritual world with simple folk customs;optimizing the humanistic environment in rural areas,and ensuring rural spiritual prosperity with effective social governance.
