摘　　要：我国社会主义市场经济的主要优势在于市场决定资源配置的同时发挥政府有为宏观调控的作用,其与资本主义深刻的区别是所有制关系存在差异和基于差异形成的政府和市场作用不同,特别是其中对社会主义市场经济体制是社会主义基本经济制度的概括,彰显出在政府有为的背景下发展和完善社会主义市场经济体制的优势,是中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论的核心主题。The main advantage of China’s socialist market economy is that the market determines the allocation of resources while giving play to the role of the government in macro-control.The profound difference between it and capitalism is that there are differences in ownership relations and the roles of the government and the market formed based on differences.The socialist market economic system is the basic socialist economic system,highlighting the advantages of developing and improving the socialist market economic system under the background of the promising government,which is the core theme of the theory of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics.
