摘  要:基于芬兰Well Oy公司提出的内转子波浪能发电装置的理念,提出了一种双螺杆内转子波浪能发电装置.该装置波浪能理论转换效率高,抗风浪能力强,维护成本低,可阵列化,商业化可行性强.在该发明装置的基础上,利用fluent软件,对影响其发电效率的外形尺寸包括螺旋深度、螺杆导程和螺杆间距进行了仿真模拟.仿真结果显示:当双螺杆内转子波浪能发电装置的其它外形条件不变时,其螺旋深度存在最佳值,螺杆获得的转矩随着齿直径的增大,先增大后减小,针对数值仿真中的模型,齿直径90 mm的螺杆获得的转矩最大,获能效率最高;螺杆导程越大,装置获得的转矩越大,获能效率越高;螺杆间距越小,装置获得的转矩越大,获能效率越高.Based on the conception of Internal Rotor Wave Energy Converter(WEC) presented by Well Oy company, a Double Screws Internal WEC is proposed. The Double Screws Internal WEC has a high energy conversion efficiency, strong resistance to wave and low cost. What’s more, it can generate electricity in an array so that can be commercialized. To optimize its structure, a Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) simulation is conducted to research the influence of the feature sizes: the depth of the screws, the lead and the space between the two screws. The simulation results show that there is an optimum value on the depth of the screws and the screws with 90 mm diameter of tooth obtain the highest torque. Besides, the WEC can get a bigger torque with a larger lead and smaller space between the two screws.
