摘 要:光纤光栅测力传感器存在温变量与力变量交叉影响光纤光栅中心波长的现象,为消除温变量对光纤光栅中心波长的影响,提出通过双光栅法建立方程组以求解力变量的思路.为验证双光栅法的有效性,进行了双光栅测力传感器的制备,温变量与力变量敏感系数的标定,及不同受力、温度条件下光纤光栅中心波长的测量试验.实验结果表明,力变量的测量结果与实验实际拉力接近,双光栅测力是有效的.To eliminate the influence of the temperature variable on the central light wavelength of the fiber grating(FBG) in the phenomenon that the temperature and force variables of FBG load sensor cross influence the center wavelength of the fiber grating, the idea of establishing the equation system to solve the force variable by the double grating method is proposed. A double grating force sensor was prepared, the temperature variable and force variable sensitivity coefficient was calibrated, and the fiber grating center light wavelength was measured under different forces and temperatures in order to verify the effectiveness of the double grating method for force measurement. The experimental results show that the deviation between the force variable measurement results and the experimental tensile force is less than 5%,which indicates that the double grating force measurement is effective.
