摘  要:为提高水性聚氨酯胶黏剂的粘接性能,贯彻环保与资源节约的理念。本文设计配方制备出一种粘接性能较好,与水性聚氨酯相容性较好的氧化改性淀粉胶黏剂。与水性聚氨酯乳液复配后,得到淀粉改性水性聚氨酯胶黏剂。测定水性聚氨酯乳液的稳定性、力学性能、胶合强度等性能。结果表明:氧化改性淀粉胶粘剂与水性聚氨酯乳液的最佳复配比例为1:7,此时水性聚氨酯胶膜拉伸强度提高约57.6%,胶合强度提高了约10%。In order to improve the adhesive properties of the aqueous polyurethane adhesives, and achieve the concept of environmental protection and resource savings, in this paper we designed a formula that prepared a kind of oxidative modified starch adhesive which exhibited the good adhesive performance,and better adhesive polyurethane compatibility. After compounding with aqueous polyurethane emulsion, a starch modified aqueous polyurethane adhesive is obtained. The stability, mechanical properties and adhesive strength of aqueous polyurethane emulsion were measured. The results showed that the optimum compound ratio of oxidized modified starch adhesive and aqueous polyurethane emulsion was 1:7. In this case, the aqueous polyurethane film tensile strength was increased by about 57.6%, and the glue strength was increased by about 10%.
