摘  要:本文以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)、脲功能单体(W50)、羧乙基丙烯酸酯(BCEA)、乙烯基烷氧基磷酸酯(PAM-100)为单体,以亚硫酸氢钠(SBS)和过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,通过溶液聚合的方式制备了P(DMDAAC-W50)、P(DMDAAC-BCEA)、P(DMDAAC-PAM-100)三种阳离子无醛固色剂。探讨了多种因素对固色剂的湿摩擦性能的影响,结果表明:三种改性剂分别与DMDAAC共聚得到的聚合物的湿摩擦牢度均大于PDMDAAC的牢度。In this paper, dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride(DMDAAC), urea functional monomer(W50), carboxyethyl acrylate(BCEA), vinyl alkoxy phosphate(PAM-100) were used as monomers. Three cation formaldehyde-free color fixing agents, P(DMDAAC-W50), P(DMDAAC-BCEA) and P(DMDAACPAM-100), were prepared by solution polymerization using sodium bisulfite(SBS) and ammonium persulfate(APS) as initiators. The effects of various factors on the wet rubbing properties of the fixing agent were discussed. The results showed that the wet rubbing fastness of the polymers obtained by copolymerizing the three modifiers with DMDAAC was greater than that of PDMDAAC.
