摘 要:以低熔点涤纶、低熔点锦纶和普通涤纶为原料,在电脑横机上制备出具有一定花型的针织鞋面。分析低熔点纤维基本性能,探讨热处理温度、时间、次数及低熔点纤维含量等对织物纵向热收缩率的影响,为后道应用工艺调整提供参考,以促进其在相关领域的应用。结果表明,在试验范围内,低熔点纤维的种类、热处理温度与时间对针织鞋面纵向热收缩率的影响较大;添加低熔点涤纶的鞋面纵向热收缩率明显大于添加低熔点锦纶的鞋面,且添加低熔点涤纶的鞋面在热处理后手感较硬。Knitted vamps were prepared on the computer flat knitting machine with low melting point polyester fibers,low melting point polyamide fibers and ordinary polyester fibers as raw materials.The effects of heat treatment temperature, heat treatment time,heat treatment frequencies and low melting point fiber content on the longitudinal thermal shrinkage of fabrics were discussed based on the analysis of the basic properties of low melting point fibers,which provided a reference for the subsequent process optimization and promoted its application in related fields.The results showed that the kinds of low melting point fibers, heat treatment temperature and heat treatment time had more effects on the longitudinal thermal shrinkage of fabrics under the test range.The longitudinal thermal shrinkage rate of knitting vamps with low melting point polyester fibers was obviously higher than that of fabrics with low melting point polyamide fibers,and the vamps with low melting point polyester had a hard feeling after heat treatment.
