摘　　要：将黑色竹浆、芦荟、中长抗菌中空纤维3种性能差异较大的功能性纤维混合,配以适合的开松、分梳、混合、牵伸纺纱工艺,兼顾短纤维、中长纤维及有色纤维的特性,使用梭织用纱捻系数,加以热湿定捻,开发出以抗菌为主,同时具有护肤、防臭、保暖、环保的功能性织袜用麻灰混纺纱。Three kinds of functional fibers with great differences in performance,namely black bamboo pulp, aloe vera and medium length antibacterial hollow fiber, were mixed with suitable opening, carding,mixing and drafting spinning processes, that was,taking into account the characteristics of short fiber,medium length fiber and colored fiber at the same time, using the twist factor of woven yarn,adding heat and wet twist,so as to develop grey flax blended yarn for functional hosiery knitting,which was mainly antibacterial,and had the functions of skin care,odor prevention,warmth preservation and environmental protection.
