五灵脂的临床应用及其用量探究

摘　　要：通过搜集古医书及现代医家临证经验,总结出五灵脂具有以下特点:1)临床应用中,汤剂常用量为5~15 g,丸、散剂用量为0.1~60 g,外用剂量为0.15~20 g。2)根据疾病、证型、症状寻求最佳应用剂量,如化瘀散结止痛治疗冠心病心绞痛、胸腹痛等痛证,汤剂用量为6~15 g,丸、散剂量为0.1~40 g,外用0.15~15 g;如通络止痛治疗消化系统疾病,汤剂用量为6~16 g,散剂60 g;如化瘀止血治疗妇科疾病,汤剂用量为5~15 g,散剂用量为4.14~20 g;如活血化瘀,健脾消积治疗肺气肿、糖尿病、假性近视等,丸、散剂量为6.21~60 g,外用剂量10 g。3)根据疾病、证型及症状,配伍相应中药,如化瘀散结止痛常配伍蒲黄、三棱、莪术等;通络止痛常配伍红花、桃仁、延胡索等;化瘀止血常配伍蒲黄、红花等;活血化瘀,健脾消积,常配伍蒲黄、柏子仁等。Through the collection of ancient medical books and the clinical experience of modern physicians,it is concluded that flying squirrel’s droppings has the following characteristics:(1)In clinical practice,its usual dosage range in decoctions is 5-15 g,in pills or powders is 0.1-60 g,while for external use 0.15-20 g.(2)Its best dosage should be determined according to different diseases,syndrome types and symptoms.For example,for removing blood stasis,resolving hard masses and relieving pains in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris,chest and abdominal pain and other pain syndromes,its dosage in decoctions ranges from 6 to 15 g,and in pills or powders from 0.1 to 40 g.,from 0.15 to 15 g for external use.For removing obstructions in collaterals and relieving pains to treat digestive system diseases,its dosage range in decoctions is 6-16 g,and in powders 60 g.For expelling blood stasis and stopping bleeding to treat gynecological diseases,its dosage range in decoctions is 5-15 g,and in powders 4.14-20 g.For promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,invigorating the spleen and eliminating accumulations in the treatment of emphysema,diabetes,pseudo-myopia,etc.,its dosage range in pills or powders is 6.21-60 g,and for external use 10 g.(3)Flying squirrel’s droppings is compatible with corresponding traditional Chinese medicines according to different diseases,syndrome types and symptoms.For instance,it is often combined with cattail pollen,common buried rubber,zedoray rhizome,etc.,when used for removing blood stasis,resolving hard masses and relieving pains.For removing obstructions in collaterals and relieving pains,it is often combined with safflower,peach seed,yanhusuo,etc.For expelling blood stasis and stopping bleeding,it is often combined with cattail pollen,safflower,etc.For promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,invigorating the spleen and eliminating accumulations,it is often combined with cattail pollen,Chinese arborvitae kernels,etc.
