益肺胶囊治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨益肺胶囊联合噻托溴铵治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期的临床疗效。方法纳入肺功能评定为中度、重度的慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者72例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各36例。2组均给予噻托溴铵粉吸入剂治疗,每次18μg,每天1次,治疗组口服益肺胶囊,每次5粒,每天3次,对照组口服益肺胶囊模拟剂,每次5粒,每天3次。疗程为6个月,分别在治疗前、治疗2个月、治疗4个月、治疗6个月随访1次,记录并比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、6分钟步行距离(6WMD)、CAT评分、肺功能测定及疗程中急性加重次数与持续时间,疗程结束后评定治疗效果。结果治疗后,2组中医证候积分均明显下降,治疗组下降更显著(P<0.05);治疗后,2组活动耐力、生活质量、肺功能均明显改善,治疗组改善更显著(P<0.05);治疗期间,治疗组急性加重次数少于对照组,持续时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率(96.97%,32/33)显著高于对照组(71.88%,23/32)(P<0.05)。结论益肺胶囊联合噻托溴铵能更有效缓解慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的临床症状,改善肺功能,增加活动耐力,减少急性加重,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficiency of Yifei Capsules combined with tiotropium bromide in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)at its stable stage.Methods Seventy-two COPD patients at their stable stage with a moderate or severe pulmonary function were enrolled in the study,and were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 36 cases in each.Both groups were treated with the tiotropium bromide powders,18μg each time,once a day,and the treatment group took Yifei Capsules orally,5 capsules each time,3 times a day,while the control group was given the Yifei Capsules simulants,5 capsules each time,3 times a day,with the treatment course lasting for 6 months.The patients were followed up once before treatment,2 months after treatment,4 months after treatment,and 6 months after treatment,respectively.The TCM syndrome score,6-minute walking distance(6WMD),CAT score,pulmonary function measurement,and the number and duration of acute exacerbations during the course of treatment were recorded and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Their treatment effects were evaluated after a treatment course.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,the activity endurance,quality of life and lung function of the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvement was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).During the treatment,the number of acute exacerbations in the treatment group was less than that in the control group,and the duration was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group(96.97%,32/33)was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.88%,23/32)(P<0.05).Conclusion Yifei Capsules combined with tiotropium bromide can more effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at its st
