葛根芩连方治疗高脂血症湿热蕴脾证临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察葛根芩连方治疗高脂血症湿热蕴脾证的临床疗效与安全性。方法选择69例高脂血症湿热蕴脾证患者,随机分为研究组(34例)和对照组(35例)。研究组予阿托伐他汀钙片及葛根芩连方治疗,对照组仅予阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,比较2组治疗前后的中医证候积分及血脂变化情况,并进行安全性指标检测。结果2组临床疗效结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组血脂水平(总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇)均显著下降,但2组组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组胸腹胀满、肢倦体重、面垢、食少纳呆、渴不多饮、便溏不爽、乏力等中医证候改善优于对照组(P<0.05),呕恶欲吐改善差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论葛根芩连方治疗高血脂症湿热蕴脾证患者,可降低血脂水平,改善中医症状,且安全有效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Gegen Qinlian Decoction in the treatment of hyperlipidemia with the syndrome of dampness-heat stagnating in the spleen.Methods A total of 69 hyperlipidemia patients with the syndrome of dampness-heat stagnating in the spleen were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into a treatment group(34 cases)and a control group(35 cases).The treatment group was given the oral treatment of atorvastatin calcium tablets and Gegen Qinlian Decoction,while the control group was only given the oral treatment of atorvastatin calcium tablets.The TCM syndrome scores and changes in blood lipid levels between the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and their safety indexes were detected.Results After treatment,the blood lipid levels(total cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol)in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the improvement of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of hyperlipidemia patients with the syndrome of dampness-heat stagnating in the spleen,Gegen Qinlian Decoction can reduce the blood lipid levels,improve the TCM symptoms,and is safe and effective as well.
