摘　　要：目的分析槐耳颗粒对中晚期肝癌患者的治疗效果。方法选择中晚期肝癌患者60例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组采用经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术、^(125)I粒子植入术进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用槐耳颗粒进行治疗,2组均治疗1个月。统计2组治疗1个月后的临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后血清肿瘤标志物、细胞因子水平及免疫功能。结果治疗1个月后,观察组总缓解率(76.67%,23/30)显著高于对照组(50.00%,15/30)(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗1个月后2组血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、骨桥蛋白(OPN)水平及外周血CD8^(+)水平降低,对照组高于观察组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗1个月后2组外周血CD4^(+)水平及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)升高,对照组低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论槐耳颗粒联合经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术、^(125)I粒子植入术治疗中晚期肝癌患者进行,可有效降低患者血清肿瘤标志物、细胞因子水平,抑制肿瘤细胞增殖,改善患者免疫功能,具有较好的治疗效果。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Huaier granules on patients with middle and advanced liver cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with middle and advanced liver cancer admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases)by the random number table method.The control group was treated with the transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization and ^(125)I seeds implantation,while the observation group was treated with Huaier granules on the basis of the control group,both for one month.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after one month of treatment was counted,and the levels of tumor markers,cytokine in serum and the immune function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After 1 month of treatment,the total remission rate in the observation group(76.67%,23/30)was significantly higher than that in the control group(50.00%,15/30)(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of serum alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF),osteopontin(OPN)and peripheral blood CD8^(+)were decreased in both groups,and the control group was higher than the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in peripheral blood were increased in the two groups,and those in the control group were lower than those in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with middle and advanced liver cancer,Huaier granules combined with the transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization and ^(125)I seeds implantation can effectively reduce the levels of tumor markers and cytokines in serum,inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells,and improve the immune function,having a better therapeutic effect.
