益气补肾活血方联合穴位按摩促进髋部骨折术后患者康复临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析益气补肾活血方联合穴位按摩在促进髋部骨折术后患者康复中的临床疗效。方法选择128例髋部骨折术后患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为肝素钠组与中医联合组,各64例。2组均进行人工股骨头置换术治疗后进行康复治疗,肝素钠组采用肝素钠进行常规抗凝治疗,中医联合组在肝素钠组的基础上采用益气补肾活血方联合穴位按摩进行治疗,2组均治疗10 d,并观察至患者出院。统计2组术后恢复情况及住院期间并发症发生情况,比较2组治疗前和治疗10 d后生化指标、下肢肿胀情况和髋关节功能。结果中医联合组下床锻炼时间、住院时间短于肝素钠组(P<0.05);出院时,Harris评分高于肝素钠组(P<0.05)。治疗10 d后与治疗前比较,2组血清内皮源性一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)、一氧化氮合成酶(iNOs)、一氧化氮(NO)水平及Merled’Aubigneand Postel评分升高,中医联合组高于肝素钠组(P<0.05)。治疗10 d后与治疗前比较,2组大腿周径差、小腿周径差降低,中医联合组低于肝素钠组(P<0.05)。住院期间,中医联合组总并发症发生率显著低于肝素钠组(P<0.05)。结论益气补肾活血方联合穴位按摩治疗髋部骨折术后患者,可有效改善患者血液供应,降低患者下肢肿胀和并发症发生,改善患者髋关节功能,促进患者术后恢复,具有较好的治疗效果。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Yiqi Bushen Huoxue Recipe combined with acupoint massage in promoting the rehabilitation of patients after hip fracture surgeries.Methods A total of 128 patients with hip fractures were selected as the research subjects,and divided into a heparin sodium group and a TCM combination group by the random number table method,with 64 cases in each group.Both groups received rehabilitation treatments after artificial femoral head replacements.The heparin sodium group received a routine anticoagulation treatment with heparin sodium,while the TCM combination group was treated with Yiqi Bushen Huoxue Recipe combined with acupoint massage on the basis of the heparin sodium group.Both groups received 10 days of treatment and were observed until the patients were discharged from the hospital.The postoperative recovery and complications during hospitalization of the two groups were counted,and the biochemical indexes,lower limb swelling and hip joint function of the two groups were compared before and 10 days after treatment.Results The time of getting out of bed for exercise and hospital stay in the TCM combination group were shorter than those in the heparin sodium group(P<0.05),and at discharge,its Harris score was higher than that in the heparin sodium group(P<0.05).After 10 days of treatment,compared with before treatment,the levels of serum endothelial-derived nitric oxide synthase(e NOS),nitric oxide synthase(i NOs),nitric oxide(NO)and the Merled’Aubigneand Postel scores in the two groups increased,and the TCM combination group was higher than the heparin sodium group(P<0.05).After 10 days of treatment,compared with before treatment,the differences in the thigh circumference and calf circumference in both groups decreased,and the difference in the TCM combination group was lower than that in the heparin sodium group(P<0.05).During hospitalization,the total incidence of complications in the TCM combination group was significantly lower than that in the heparin sodium group(P<
