摘　　要：通过对妇科腔镜手术后恶心呕吐的中医防治方法进行阐述,并在此基础上提出中医防治过程中的不足和建议,以期降低妇腔镜术后恶心呕吐的发生率,提高患者满意度,促进疾病恢复,进一步提升患者的生活质量,为今后妇科腔镜术后恶心呕吐的中医防治提供借鉴和参考。This paper expounds the TCM prevention and treatment methods of nausea and vomiting after gynecological endoscopic surgeries,and puts forward the shortcomings and suggestions in terms of their TCM prevention and treatment.It is expected that the research may help reduce the incidence of nausea and vomiting after gynecological endoscopic surgeries,improve patients’satisfaction,promote the recovery of the disease,further improve the quality of life of patients,and provide a reference for the TCM prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting after gynecological endoscopic surgeries in the future.
