摘 要:渤海L油田属于疏松砂岩油藏,具有含油井段长、小层数量多、薄层占比高、非均质性强的特征,开发过程中层间干扰和微粒运移,导致新井初期产能递减大。为了提高新井产能、降低递减速度,基于矿场资料,分析含水率、产层厚度、生产压差与新井产能之间的关系。研究表明,在低含水阶段,生产压差是新井产能的主控因素,生产压差大导致储层微粒运移而堵塞孔喉,产能也随之降低,因此,新井初期采用合理压差是产能稳定的基础;在高含水阶段,含水率与产层厚度是新井产能的主控因素,细分开发层系是提高新井产能的重要手段,流场调控是降低产能递减速度的有效方法。针对多层疏松砂岩油藏,采用“流场调控、细分层系、合理压差”三位一体的综合调整策略,研究区新井初期产能平均提高26.9%,年递减率从治理前64.6%减少至20.6%,产能改善效果较好。Bohai L oilfield belongs to an unconsolidated sandstone reservoir,which has the characteristics of long oil well section,large number of small layers,high proportion of thin layers and strong heterogeneity.During the development,interlayer interference and particle migration may lead to large productivity decline in the initial stage of new wells.In order to improve the productivity of new wells and reduce the decline rate,based on field data,the relationship between water cut,pay thickness,production differential pressure and the productivity of new wells has been analyzed.The results show that in the low water cut stage,the production pressure difference is the main influencing factor for the productivity of new wells.A large production pressure difference may lead to the migration of reservoir particles and the plugging of pore throats,and the productivity also decreases.Therefore,reasonable differential pressure at the initial stage of is the basis for stable productivity.In high water cutstage,water cut and production thickness become the main influencing factors.Besides,subdivision of development strata is an important means to improve the productivity,andflow field control is an effective method to reduce the rate of productivity decline.For multi-layer unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs,the adjustment strategy of"flow field control,subdivision of strata and reasonable differential pressure"is adopted,andthen the initial production capacity of new wells in the study area is increased by 26.9%on average,and the annual decline rate is reduced from 64.6%before treatment to 20.6%at present,which shows a good effect on production capacity improvement.
