摘　　要：套管开窗侧钻技术已成为长庆油田低产低效井治理的重要手段之一,但施工时受地面条件限制,需拆除临近已建设施、设备,影响了邻近井的正常生产。利用连续管侧钻能够实现动态密封,安装运输便捷,对邻近井不会造成影响。此项技术在国内目前处于起步阶段,配套工具、工艺尚未成熟,为解决这些难题,通过开展井身剖面优化、关键工具选型配套、钻井液体系研究,配套了连续管钻井关键工具,形成了连续管钻井工艺技术,并在长庆油田PCx-x、DCx-x等井进行了现场试验,其中DCx-x井实现了裸眼段全过程连续管钻进,为该项技术的后续试验、施工、推广积累了宝贵的经验。Casing windowing and sidetracking technology has become one of the important means for the treatment of low yield and low efficiency wells in Changqing Oilfield.However,due to the limitation of ground conditions,it is necessary to dismantle the adjacent construction facilities and equipment,which affects the normal production of adjacent wells.Continuous pipe sidetracking can realize dynamic sealing,convenient installation and transportation,and will not affect adjacent wells.At present,this technology is in its initial stage in China,and the supporting tools and processes are not yet mature.To solve these problems,the continuous tube sidetracking technology suitable for domestic oilfields has been formed by carrying out well profile optimization,key tool selection and matching,and drilling fluid system research,and field tests have been carried out in PCx-x and DCx-x wells in Changqing Oilfield,among which DCx-x well has realized open hole section.Therefore,it has accumulated valuable experience for the follow-up test,construction and promotion of this technology.
