摘  要:大庆油田致密油水平井主要采用套管桥塞进行分段压裂改造,段内簇数由初期的2~3簇发展到目前的6~8簇,簇间距由初期的30 m左右缩小到现在的5~10 m。随着簇间距的逐步缩小,裂缝间诱导应力干扰加剧,将导致段内多簇裂缝非均匀延伸。为此,建立了段内多簇压裂裂缝扩展的物理模型,分别模拟了段内不同簇数、簇间距及布簇模式时的多簇裂缝扩展过程,通过多簇裂缝扩展形态及多簇裂缝均匀指数对效果进行评价分析,优化确定了段内簇数、簇间距及布簇模式。研究结果可为致密油水平井压裂优化设计提供依据,对于促进密切割条件下多簇裂缝均衡扩展及提升水平井压裂效果有着十分重要的意义。Casing bridge plugs are mainly used for staged fracturing in Daqing tight oil horizontal wells.The cluster numbers per stage have developed from 2~3 in the initial stage to 6~8 at present,and the cluster spacing has been reduced from about 30m in the initial stage to about 5~10 m now.With the decrease of cluster spacing,the induced stress interference between fractures gets worse,which will lead to the non-uniform extension of multiple fractures in a stage.Therefore,the physical model of multi-cluster fracture propagation is established,and the multi-cluster fracture propagation process with different cluster numbers,cluster spacing and cluster distribution is simulated respectively.The effects are evaluated and analyzed by the multi-cluster fracture propagation and multi-cluster fracture uniformity index,and the cluster numbers,cluster spacing and cluster distribution are optimized and determined.The research results can provide a basis for the fracturing optimization design of tight oil horizontal wells,and have an important guidance for making multi-cluster fracture propagation evenly and improving effect of horizontal wells after fracturing.
