摘 要:单项流体油井根据泵沉没度确定产液量,多项流体油井根据IPR曲线拐点确定产液量,都未考虑负压对长期稳产的影响。针对地层各项参数影响计算结果的合理性、井底负压对稳产的影响较大等问题,将试井流压换算为环空动液面下降高度,绘制QS曲线,回归曲线得到产液量随动液面下降高度变化的油井地层流体渗流方程及方程曲线曲度系数表达式。实际应用时,先计算QS曲线的曲度系数,选定渗流方程,然后计算油井解堵最小负压,将解堵最小负压换算成动液面下降高度,导入选定的渗流方程,计算的产液量即为合理产液量。在排2区块5口井的应用显示,投产产液量大于合理产液量进行生产的油井,出砂比较严重,解堵防砂有效期短,含水上升速度快;投产液量已接近合理产液量进行生产的油井,能够满足油井长期稳产的要求。The liquid production of single fluid oil wells is determined according to the pump submergence,and the liquid production of multiple fluid oil wells is setby the inflection point of IPR(Inflow performance)curve,both without considering the impact of negative pressure on long-term stable production.In view of the problems such as the rationality of the calculation results affected by formation parameters,great influence of bottom hole negative pressure on stable production,the well test flow pressure is converted into the falling height of annular dynamic liquid level and QS curve is drawn.The fluid flow equation of oil well formation and the expression of curve curvature coefficient are obtained by regression curve.In practical application,the curvature coefficient of QS curveis firstly calculated.When the seepage equation is determined,the minimum negative pressure for oil well plugging removal is calculated.After the minimum negative pressure for plugging removal is converted into the falling height of dynamic liquid level,the selected seepage equationcan be imported,and thenthe calculated liquid production is reasonable.Application results in 5 wells in Pai 2 block indicate for oil wells with more liquid production,the sand production is more serious,the effective period of plug removal and sand control is short,and the water cut rises rapidly;while for the wells with production fluid close to reasonable ones,itcan meet the requirements of long-term stable production.
