摘  要:本文采用主成分分析法和同异分析法综合分析8种小麦品种产量与品质等11个指标间的关系,并作出评价。结果表明,产量与蛋白质、湿面筋含量间为极显著正相关关系,蛋白质含量和湿面筋含量间为显著正相关;主成分分析表明:从11个性状中可提取湿面筋含量生长因子、有效穗生长因子、吸水率生长因子3个主成分,第1主成分贡献率39.170%、第2主成分贡献率29.043%、第3主成分贡献率15.728%,累计贡献率达83.941%;根据同异分析法得出的联系度值大小确定了小麦品种的排序为安麦11、安麦1350、安麦1241、安麦13、安麦19、安麦22、安麦23和安麦1132。因此,安麦11综合性状优良,可以作为小麦育种亲本选配的首选材料。The principal component analysis and similarity-difference analysis method was used to comprehensively analyze the eleven main traits of eight wheat varieties and made a conclusion,including yield and quality traits.The results showed that there was a extremely significant positive correlation between yield and protein content with wet gluten content and there was a significant positive correlation between wet gluten content and protein content.The principal component analysis showed that three principal component factors could be extracted from eleven traits,wet gluten content factor,spikes factor,water absorption factor,with contribution rate of 39.170%,29.043%and 15.728%separately.The cumulative contribution rate of three principal component was 83.941%.The similarity-difference analysis of elevn traits results showed that,according to the values of connection degree,the order of weight wheat varieties was Anmai 11,Anmai 1350,Anmai 1241,Anmai 13,Anmai 19,Anmai 22,Anmai 23,Anmai 1132.Thus Anmai 11 could be used as parent material firstly for wheat breeding with comprehensive character well.
