摘  要:铅笔涂抹在纸上画出的痕迹是柔性电子电路实现的简单途径,形成的痕迹可以作为柔性电阻器.本文探究了电阻与痕迹尺寸、涂抹方式、环境温度以及所用纸张粗糙度的关系,解释了痕迹电阻随着划线次数增加而迅速下降并最终稳定的实验现象,并利用渗流模型给出了痕迹电阻与纸张粗糙度关系的半定量公式.实验结果表明:痕迹电阻满足欧姆定律,并且随着划线次数的增加而迅速下降并最终趋于稳定,随着环境温度增加而减小,随着纸张粗糙度的增加阻值先减小后增加.当其他条件相同时,存在最优纸张粗糙度使得铅笔痕迹阻值最小.Drawing with a pencil on paper is a simple way to establish a flexible electronic circuit,and the trace left on the paper can be considered as a resistor.In this paper,the relationship between the resistance and the geometric size of the trace,the way of drawing,the ambient temperature and the paper roughness was explored,as well the experimental phenomenon that the trace resistance decreases rapidly with the increase of the number of scribes and finally stabilizes was explained.A semiquantitative formula was given to explain the relationship between trace resistance and roughness by using the percolation model.The experimental results show that the trace resistance satisfies Ohm law,and decreases rapidly with the increase of the number of scribes and finally stabilizes,decreases with the increase of the ambient temperature,decreases first and then increases with the increase of the roughness.An optimal paper roughness existed which made pencil trace resistance minimum when other conditions are the same.
