摘  要:物流企业在数字化转型和快速智能化过程中面临日益严峻的人才问题。当前人口结构发生变化,“95后”进入职场开始发挥影响力,他们的关注点与之前的代际大不相同,不仅关心工作的完成,还关心自身与工作的匹配以及自身的幸福体验,对“95后”新生代员工工作幸福感的研究是企业人力资源管理的重要课题。文中立足个人-组织匹配的理论框架,聚焦物流企业“95后”新生代员工,研究个人-组织匹配对工作幸福感的影响和作用。通过对被调查者进行访谈调查和分析研究后发现,个人-组织价值观匹配、需求-供给匹配、要求-能力匹配会对“95后”新生代员工工作幸福感产生积极正向影响。综合研究结论,从企业、领导、员工等角度提出“95后”新生代员工工作幸福感提升策略。In the process of digital transformation and rapid intellectualization,logistics enterprise are facing increasingly serious talent problems. At present,the population structure has changed,and the “post-95”have entered the workplace and begun to exert influence,whose concerns are very different from those of previous generations. They are concerned about not only the completion of work,but also their own matching with work and their own happy experience. The research on the job-related well-being of the new generation of employees is an important topic in enterprise human resource management. Based on the theoretical framework of person-organization fit,this paper focuses on the new generation of“post-95”employees to study the impact of person-organization fit on job-related well-being. Through the interview and investigation of the respondents,it is found that the fit of individual and organizational values,demand-supply and demand-ability will have a positive impact on the job-related well-being of the“post-95”new generation of employees. Based on the comprehensive research conclusions,this paper puts forward the strategies to improve the job-related well-being of the“post-95”new generation of employees from the perspectives of enterprises,leaders and employees.
