摘 要:在透皮给药系统中,角质层等皮肤屏障阻碍药物的透皮吸收。研发透皮给药制剂过程中,需要依赖各种物理、化学以及药剂学方法促进药物的吸收,增加药物在皮肤的滞留,减轻毒副作用。本文综述了药剂学方法,即纳米载体(微乳、脂质体、醇质体等)在促进经皮给药的特性、优势,以及纳米载体与其他技术联用进一步提高药物的促渗作用。简要介绍了纳米载体促进透皮给药在药剂学领域的一些应用以及新型发展的医疗美容、保健领域的广泛应用。In the transdermal drug delivery system,the skin structure factor,the existence of skin barrier such as stratum corneum,hinders the transdermal absorption of drugs.In the process of developing transdermal drug delivery preparations,it is necessary to rely on various physicochemical and pharmaceutical methods to promote drug absorption,increase drug retention in the skin,and reduce toxic and side effects.In this paper,the pharmaceutic methods,namely nanocarriers(microemulsions,liposomes,alcoholomes,etc.),in promoting transdermal drug delivery are reviewed.And the combination of nanocarrier and other technologies can further improve the permeability of drugs.This paper briefly introduces some applications of nano-carrier in promoting transdermal drug delivery in the field of pharmacy and the new development in the field of medical cosmetology and health care.
