摘  要:目的 介绍新型冠状病毒和进入Ⅲ期临床试验或者已经开始使用的SARS-COV-2疫苗的研发进展。方法 通过PubMed、ProQuest等文献检索网站,以国内外大量文献为依据,归纳总结出全球多个国家新型冠状病毒疫苗的研发情况。结果 世界范围内多个国家的新型冠状病毒疫苗研发都有较大的进展;中国已有2个灭活疫苗投入使用;美国有4个新冠疫苗进入Ⅲ期临床试验;俄罗斯也已将其研发的疫苗投入使用。结论 全球都在争分夺秒的研发新冠疫苗,截至目前,世界范围内进入Ⅲ期临床的新型冠状病毒疫苗已有12种,其中中国、美国的新冠疫苗研发进度处于领先状态。Objective To introduce the research and development progress of the SARS-COV-2 and vaccines for the virus that have entered Phase III clinical trials or have already begun to use. Methods Through literature search websites such as PubMed and ProQuest, and based on a large number of domestic and foreign documents, the research and development of SARS-COV-2 vaccines in many countries around the world were summarize. Results Many countries around the world have made great progress in the research of the SARS-COV-2 vaccines. China has already put two inactivated vaccines into use;the United States has four SARS-COV-2 vaccines in Phase III clinical trials;Russia has also put the domestically developed vaccine into use. Conclusion The world is racing against time to develop SARS-COV-2 vaccines. Up to now, there are 12 vaccines that have entered phase III clinical trials worldwide, among them, China and the United States are leading the development of SARS-COV-2vaccines.
