摘　　要：目的:构建心力衰竭病人延续性容量负荷评估护理质量评价指标体系,旨在为评价心力衰竭容量监测护理质量提供依据。方法:以“结构-过程-结果”三维质量模式为框架,通过文献回顾、半结构化访谈法、课题组讨论制订心力衰竭病人延续性容量负荷评估护理质量评价指标体系初稿,采用专家函询法确定心力衰竭病人延续性容量负荷评估护理质量评价指标体系,并通过层次分析法得出各指标权重。结果:共进行了2轮专家函询,专家积极系数为90.91%和90.00%,专家权威系数为0.805和0.911,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.311和0.158。最终构建的心力衰竭病人延续性容量负荷评估护理质量评价指标体系包括3个一级指标、10个二级指标和41个三级指标。结论:构建的心力衰竭病人延续性容量负荷评估护理质量评价指标体系具有科学性、系统性,对心力衰竭容量管理护理质量的改进具有重要的意义。Objective:To construct the nursing quality evaluation index system for continuous volume load assessment in patients with heart failure,in order to provide basis for evaluating the quality of nursing care in heart failure volume monitoring.Methods:Taking the Donabedian’s structure-process-outcome quality of care model as the framework,the first draft of the nursing quality evaluation index system for continuous volume load assessment in patients with heart failure was formulated through literature review,semi-structured interviews,and research group discussions.The nursing quality evaluation index system for continuous volume load assessment in patients with heart failure was formed by the expert correspondence method.And the weight of each indicator were obtained by the analytic hierarchy process.Results:There were two rounds of expert consultation.The expert consultations of two rounds of expert letter questionnaires were90.91%and 90.00%.The expert authority coefficients were 0.805 and 0.911,respectively.And Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.311 and 0.158,respectively(P<0.05).Finally,the formed nursing quality evaluation index system for continuous volume load assessment in patients with heart failure included 3 first-level indexes,10 second-level indexes and 41 third-level indexes.Conclusions:The constructed nursing quality evaluation index system for continuous volume load assessment in patients with heart failure was scientific and systematic,which was of great significance to the improvement of the nursing quality of heart failure volume management.
