安宁疗护个案管理方案的构建

摘　　要：目的:构建安宁疗护个案管理方案,规范安宁疗护临床工作,提高安宁疗护质量。方法:在文献回顾的基础上,结合临床经验,经研究小组讨论,采用德尔菲法构建安宁疗护个案管理方案。结果:共进行了2轮专家函询,专家积极系数均为100%,权威系数均为0.86,专家协调系数为0.238,0.311(均P<0.05)。最终形成的安宁疗护个案管理方案包括收案、管案、结案3个模块,共37个项目,结论:构建的安宁疗护个案管理方案具有科学性和可靠性,可用于对临床终末期病人及家属实施安宁疗护服务。Objective:To construct palliative care case management plan,in order to standardize the clinical work of palliative care,and improve the quality of palliative care.Methods:On the basis of literature review,the palliative care case management plan was constructed through clinical experience,research group discussions and Delphi method.Results:Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted using Delphi method.The positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 100%,the expert authority coefficients were both 0.86.And the Kendall’s W coefficients were 0.238 and 0.311,respectively,which were statistically significant(P<0.05).The final palliative care case management plan was formed with 3 modules and 37 items.The modules included case acceptance,case management and case closure.Conclusion:The constructed palliative care case management plan was scientific and reliable,which could be used to implement palliative care services for clinically terminal patients and their families.
