摘　　要：目的:对癌症病人支持者未满足需求量表(the Cancer Support Person’s Unmet Needs Survey,SPUNS-SF23)进行汉化,并检验其信效度。方法:对SPUNS-SF23进行翻译和跨文化调试,形成中文版SPUNS-SF23。选取我院泌尿外科肾肿瘤病人家庭照顾者280人进行调查,评价中文版SPUNS-SF23的信度和效度。结果:中文版SPUNS-SF23的Cronbach’sα系数为0.90,6个维度的Cronbach’sα系数为0.84~0.92。Guttman分半信度系数0.902,6个维度的分半信度系数为0.824~0.926。重测信度为0.85,6个维度的重测信度为0.79~0.89。中文版SPUNS-SF23的23个条目得分与量表总分相关系数为0.566~0.877,6个维度与量表总分的相关系数为0.745~0.868。探索性因子分析共提取6个特征值>1的公因子,方差累计贡献率为67.47%。结论:中文版SPUNS-SF23信效度较好,可以作为评估肾肿瘤病人照顾者未满足需求的有效工具。Objective:To translate the Cancer Support Person’s Unmet Needs Survey(SPUNS-SF23),and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:Chinese version of SPUNS-SF23 was formed by translation and cultural adjustment.A total of 280 family caregivers of renal tumor patients in our hospital’s urology department were selected to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of SPUNS-SF23.Results:The overall Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the Chinese version of SPUNS-SF23 was 0.90,and Cronbach’sαcoefficients of each item ranged from 0.84 to 0.92.The Guttman’s split-half reliability coefficient was 0.902,and Guttman’s split-half reliability coefficient of each item ranged from 0.824 to 0.926.The overall retest reliability of the scale was 0.85,and the retest reliability of each dimension ranged from 0.79 to 0.89.The correlation coefficient between the scores of 23 items in Chinese version SPUNS-SF23 and the total score of the scale ranged from 0.566 to 0.877,and the correlation coefficient between six dimensions and the total score of the scale ranged from 0.745 to 0.868.The exploratory factor analysis(EFA)extracted six common factors with eigenvalues>1,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 67.47%.Conclusions:The Chinese version of SPUNS-SF23 had good reliability and validity,and could be used as an effective tool to assess the unmet needs of family caregivers of renal tumor patients.
