摘　　要：目的 明确香茅防蚊乳液对白纹伊蚊的驱避活性。方法 采用国家标准GB/T13917.9-2009方法测定了10%香茅防蚊乳液对白纹伊蚊的驱避活性。结果 研究出一种绿色、安全、高效的天然防蚊乳液配方C(10%香茅油+3%增效剂M+5%聚氧乙烯醚-60蓖麻油+1%PEG-400+0.2%卡波姆+1%甘油+79.8%去离子水)。配方C制备的10%香茅防蚊乳液对白纹伊蚊的有效保护时间为4.0 h,达到国家B级标准。结论 此配方制备的防蚊乳液呈弱酸性或中性,质地细腻柔软、不油腻、易于涂抹、稳定性高、药效显著,可作为蚊虫驱避剂使用。Objective To confirm the repelling activity of citronella anti-mosquito lotion on Aedes albopictus.Methods The repelling activity of 10% citronella anti-mosquito lotion on Aedes albopictus was tested based on the national standard guideline GB/T 13917.9-2009.Results A green, safe and efficient naturally sourced anti-mosquito lotion(formula C:10%citronella oil+3%synergist M+5% polyoxyethylene-60 castor oil+1%PEG-400+0.2%carbomer+1%glycerol+79.8% deionized water) was developed.The protective time of 10% citronella anti-mosquito lotion prepared with formula C for Aedes albopictus was 4.0 hours, which satisfied the national standard level B requirement.Conclusion The anti-mosquito lotion developed with formula C is weakly acidic or neutral with a delicate, soft and non-greasy texture.It is easy to apply, with high stability, and significant effect, and thus it is recommended to be applied as a mosquito repellent.
