摘  要:目的 了解沈阳市蚊密度及季节消长规律,淡色库蚊对常用卫生杀虫剂的抗性现状,为蚊虫防治提供参考。方法 蚊虫监测采用诱蚊灯法,抗性实验采用成蚊接触筒法。结果 沈阳市雌蚊年平均密度为90.76只/(灯·夜),其中城区密度为8.63只/(灯·夜),农村密度为213.96只/(灯·夜)。城区只监测到淡色库蚊;农村有4种包括淡色库蚊(6.65%)、刺扰伊蚊(72.89%)、中华按蚊(17.32%)、凶小库蚊(3.14%)。蚊虫在沈阳地区活动时间为5月上旬至10月下旬,蚊密度高峰期在7下旬至9月上旬。沈阳市区淡色库蚊成蚊对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯产生了抗性,对残杀威为可能抗性,对马拉硫磷表现敏感。结论 沈阳市城区蚊密度远远低于农村地区,淡色库蚊对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂产生了抗性。Objective To understand the pattern of mosquito density and its seasonal fluctuation, insecticide resistance of Culex pipiens pallens in Shenyang City, providing reference for mosquito control. Methods Lure lamps were used for mosquito surveillance, and adult mosquito tube contact method was adopted for insecticide resistance determination. Results In Shenyang, the average annual density of female mosquitoes was 90.76 insects per lamp per night, 8.63 insects per lamp per night in urban area and 213.96 insects per lamp per night in rural area. There was only one species of mosquito, Culex pipiens pallens,captured in urban areas, while there were four species of mosquitoes, including Culex pipiens pallens(6.65%),Aedes vaxans(72.89%),Anopheles sinensis(17.32%) and Culex modestus(3.14%),captured in rural areas. The active time of mosquitoes in Shenyang was from early May to late October, and the density peaked from late July to early September. The adults of Culex pipiens pallens in Shenyang were resistant to deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin and permethrin, possible resistant to propoxur, and susceptible to malathion.Conclusion In Shenyang City, the density of mosquitoes in urban areas was much lower than that in rural areas, and Culex pipiens pallens developed resistance to pyrethroid insecticides.
