摘  要:目的 了解咸宁市家蝇和白纹伊蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性,为后续控制病媒生物用药提供科学依据。方法 分别采用成蝇点滴法和幼虫浸渍法测定家蝇和白纹伊蚊对杀虫剂的抗药性。结果 家蝇对溴氰菊酯和高效氯氟氰菊酯已产生高抗性,抗性倍数分别为640.8和80.5倍;白纹伊蚊对苏云杆菌(Bti)产生高抗性,抗性倍数为56.24倍。结论 需要加强蚊蝇抗药性的监测,合理使用杀虫剂。Objective To investigate the resistance of Musca domestica and Aedes albopictus to common used insecticides in Xianning City, and provide scientific basis for medical vector control.Methods The insecticide resistance of Musca domestica was tested with the topical application method, while Aedes albopictus with the larvae dipping method.Results Musca domestica developed 640.8 and 80.5 folds resistance respectively to deltamethrin and beta-eyfluthrin, and Aedes albopictus developed 56.24 folds resistance to Bti.Conclusion It’s necessary to strengthen the monitoring of insecticide resistance of flies and mosquitoes, and apply insecticides rationally.
