摘 要:目的 了解宝山区白纹伊蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性。方法 采用幼虫浸渍法、成蚊接触筒法测定白纹伊蚊抗药性。结果 2021年,双硫磷、倍硫磷对宝山区白纹伊蚊幼虫LC_(50)分别是0.002 975、0.022 475 mg/L,白纹伊蚊幼虫对双硫磷敏感、对倍硫磷产生低抗;2020年宝山区白纹伊蚊成蚊对氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯表现为可能抗性。2021年宝山区白纹伊蚊成蚊对氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯产生了抗性,对高效氯氟氰菊酯表现为可能抗性。结论 白纹伊蚊防治应以环境治理为基础,科学合理地使用杀虫剂。Objective To understand the resistance of Aedes albopictus to commonly used insecticides in Baoshan District of Shanghai.Methods The resistance of Aedes albopictus was determined by larval immersion and adult mosquitoes contact tube method.Results In 2021,the LC_(50)of temephos and fenthion were respectively 0.002 975 and 0.022 475 mg/L to the larvae of Aedes albopictus,showing that the larvae were sensitive to temephos and low resistant to fenthion.In 2000,the Aedes albopictus adults in Baoshan displayed possible resistance to permethrin, deltamethrin and beta-cypermethrin.In 2021,Aedes albopictus adults in Baoshan showed resistance to permethrin, deltamethrin and beta-cypermethrin, but possible resistance to lambda-cyhalothrin.Conclusion Environmental management should be taken as the base in Aedes albopictus control, and insecticides should be applied scientifically and rationally.
