摘  要:目的 通过对2018—2019年肾综合征出血热(HFRS)宿主鼠类监测,获得鼠密度、鼠类汉坦病毒感染率、带病毒率等数据,为制定黑龙江省HFRS防治项目实施方案提供依据。方法 捕鼠统计鼠密度,解剖后应用免疫荧光法检测鼠血、鼠肺获得鼠类汉坦病毒感染情况,并对分离到的汉坦病毒毒株进行分型鉴定。结果 两年内共捕获鼠种2目12种,2018年鼠密度6.83%,2019年鼠密度7.05%。褐家鼠的带病毒率(2018年为12.74%、2019年为20.23%),感染率(2018年为15.39%、2019年为19.29%)均为所有鼠种中最高值。通过病毒分离共获得到1株HTN型毒株及3株SEO型毒株。结论 应加强重点地区防鼠、灭鼠与疫苗接种工作,降低黑龙江省HFRS发病率。Objective To investigate the situation of host rodents of hantavirus(HV) in 2018 and 2019,and obtain rodent density, HV antibody positive rate and HV carrying rate, provide basis for the development of prevention and control plans of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS) in Heilongjiang Province.Methods The rodent density was calculated, and the infection of hantavirus in blood and lung of rodents was detected by immunofluorescence method after dissection.The isolated hantavirus strains were classified and identified.Results The rodents captured in the two years were classified into 12 species, 2 orders.The rodent density was 6.83% in 2018 and 7.05% in 2019.Rattus norvegicus had the highest HV carrying rates, 12.74% in 2018 and 20.23% in 2019,respectively, and had the highest antibody positive rate, 15.39% in 2018 and 19.29% in 2019,respectively.A strain of Hantaan(HTN) virus and three strains of Seoul(SEO) viruses were isolated.Conclusion Rodent control and vaccination should be strengthened in key areas to reduce the incidence of HFRS in Heilongjiang Province.
