摘  要:目的 了解和掌握2020年辽宁省蚊虫密度、种类构成和季节消长情况,为蚊媒传染病风险评估及制定蚊虫防治方案提供科学依据。方法 2020年5—10月采用诱蚊灯法,对辽宁省5个国家级监测点和9个省级监测点蚊虫进行监测。结果 2020年辽宁省共布放诱蚊灯1 410盏,捕获雌蚊64 390只,蚊虫平均密度为45.67只/(灯·夜),淡色库蚊为优势蚊种,构成比为27.99%,其后依次为背点伊蚊(20.15%)、中华按蚊(17.88%)和刺扰伊蚊(16.39%)。不同生境蚊密度以牲畜棚最高,达160.07只/(灯·夜),居民区最低,为4.88只/(灯·夜)。全省各监测点蚊虫平均密度盘锦市最高,密度为140.58只/(灯·夜);大连市最低,密度仅为3.51只/(灯·夜)。全年蚊密度7月下旬达到最高峰,密度为112.20只/(灯·夜)。结论 基本掌握了辽宁省蚊虫密度、种类构成及季节消长情况,可为蚊媒传染病的科学防控提供依据。Objective To learn the density, species composition and seasonal fluctuation of mosquitoes in Liaoning Province in 2020,and provide scientific basis for the risk assessment of mosquito-borne diseases and the formulation of mosquito control programs.Methods The lamp trapping method was adopted for the surveillance in 5 national surveillance sites and 9 provincial surveillance sites in Liaoning Province from May to October in 2020.Results In 2020,a total of 1 410 mosquito traps were placed in Liaoning Province and 64 390 female mosquitoes were captured.The average density of mosquito was 45.67 mosquitoes/(lamp·night).Culex pipiens pallens was the dominant species accounting for 27.99%,followed by Aedes dorsalis(20.15%),Anopheles sinensis(17.88%) and Aedes vexans(16.39%).The highest mosquito density was 160.07 mosquitoes/(lamp·night) in livestock sheds, and the lowest was 4.88 mosquitoes/(lamp·night) in residential areas.The average density of mosquito at all surveillance sites was the highest in Panjin City, 140.58 mosquitoes/(lamp·night),and the lowest in Dalian 3.51 mosquitoes/(lamp·night).The annual mosquito density peaked in late July with the mosquito density of 112.20 mosquitoes/(lamp·night).Conclusion The density, species composition and seasonal fluctuation of mosquitoes in Liaoning Province were basically mastered, which can provide a basis for the scientific prevention and control of mosquito-borne diseases.
