摘 要:目的 了解潍坊市白纹伊蚊成蚊对9种常用杀虫剂的抗性,为科学使用杀虫剂提供依据。方法 成蚊接触筒法,将获得数据依据判定标准进行分析,评价是否产生抗药性。结果 0.4%氯菊酯、0.07%高效氯氟氰菊酯和0.03%溴氰菊酯处理,白纹伊蚊成虫24 h死亡率为15.94%、28.36%和27.94%,表现为高抗性;0.4%高效氯氰菊酯处理,白纹伊蚊成虫24 h死亡率为77.46%,表现为抗性;0.5%马拉硫磷、2%毒死蜱、0.2%杀螟硫磷、0.2%噁虫威和0.05%残杀威处理,白纹伊蚊成虫24 h死亡率为100%、98.63%、100%、100%和100%,呈敏感。结论 不同种类杀虫剂应交替轮用,预防和减缓蚊虫抗性的产生。Objective To learn the resistance of adult Aedes albopictus to 9 commonly used insecticides in Weifang, and provide guidance for rational insecticide application.Methods According to the guidelines of bioassay on adult mosquitoes, the insecticide-impregnated papers were used to evaluate the resistance levels.Results The 24 h mortalities of Aedes albopictus adults treated with 0.4% permethrin, 0.07% beta-cyhalothrin and 0.03% deltamethrin were 15.94%,28.36% and 27.94%,indicating high resistance.When treated with 0.4% beta-cypermethrin, the 24 h mortality of Aedes albopictus adults was 77.46%,indicating resistance.The mortalities of Aedes albopictus adults were 100%,98.63%,100%,100% and 100% after treated with 0.5% malathion, 2% chlorpyrifos, 0.2% medinophos, 0.2% bendiocarb and 0.05% propoxur for 24 h, indicating susceptible.Conclusion Insecticides should be applied alternatively to prevent the development of resistance in adult Aedes albopictus.
