摘  要:目的分析3D打印辅助膝关节镜引导下微创手术治疗胫骨平台骨折的效果。方法30例胫骨平台骨折患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各15例。对照组采用传统手术治疗,研究组采用3D打印辅助膝关节镜引导下微创手术治疗。对比两组手术情况、膝关节功能康复效果及手术前后关节活动度、日常生活活动能力评分。结果研究组手术时间(83.59±6.34)min、术后住院时间(15.03±2.14)d及骨折愈合时间(10.37±1.02)周短于对照组的(109.85±8.37)min、(19.87±3.25)d、(13.48±2.47)周,术中出血量(53.68±6.74)ml少于对照组的(116.34±9.28)ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率93.33%明显高于对照组的60.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术前,两组关节活动度与日常生活活动能力评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术后,研究组关节活动度(115.89±12.58)°大于对照组的(95.87±11.26)°,日常生活活动能力评分(79.65±5.24)分高于对照组的(68.37±6.11)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3D打印辅助膝关节镜引导下微创手术治疗胫骨平台骨折的效果显著,对于膝关节功能的康复具有促进作用,可有效提升患者的日常生活活动能力,临床可进一步推广运用。Objective To analyze the effect of 3D printing-assisted knee arthroscopy-guided minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of tibial plateau fracture.Methods A total of 30 patients with tibial plateau fracture were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 15 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional surgery,while the research group was treated with 3D printing-assisted knee arthroscopy-guided minimally invasive surgery.The surgery conditions,rehabilitation effect of knee function,joint range of motion and activities of daily living scores before and after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time(83.59±6.34)min,postoperative hospital stay(15.03±2.14)d and fracture healing time(10.37±1.02)weeks in the research group were shorter than(109.85±8.37)min,(19.87±3.25)d and(13.48±2.47)weeks in the control group;the intraoperative blood loss(53.68±6.74)ml was less than(116.34±9.28)ml in the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the research group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 60.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before surgery,there was no statistically significant difference in the joint range of motion and activities of daily living score between the two groups(P>0.05).After surgery,the joint range of motion(115.89±12.58)°in the research group was greater than(95.87±11.26)°in the control group,and the activities of daily living score(79.65±5.24)points was higher than(68.37±6.11)points in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 3D printing-assisted knee arthroscopy-guided minimally invasive surgery has significant effect in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture,and can promote the rehabilitation of knee function,can effectively improve the activities of daily living of patients,which can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
