阿司匹林联合克罗米芬及绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗不孕不育症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析不孕不育症患者应用阿司匹林联合枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊(商品名:克罗米芬)及绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗的临床效果。方法71例不孕不育症患者,利用随机盲选方式分为试验组(36例)与参照组(35例)。参照组实施克罗米芬进行治疗,试验组实施阿司匹林联合克罗米芬、绒毛膜促性腺激素进行治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后子宫内膜厚度、宫颈黏液变化情况。结果治疗前,两组子宫内膜厚度和宫颈黏液评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组子宫内膜厚度(11.37±1.65)mm和宫颈黏液评分(10.89±1.85)分均优于参照组的(9.49±1.36)mm、(9.12±1.77)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率97.22%明显高于参照组的74.29%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿司匹林联合克罗米芬、绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗不孕不育症可有效增加患者子宫内膜厚度,改善宫颈环境,提升整体临床疗效。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of aspirin combined with clomifene citrate capsules(trade name:Clomifene)and chorionic gonadotropin in the treatment of infertility.Methods A total of 71 cases of infertility patients were randomly divided into the experimental group(36 cases)and the reference group(35 cases).The reference group was treated with clomifene,while the experimental group was treated with aspirin combined with clomifene and chorionic gonadotropin.The clinical efficacy,endometrial thickness and cervical mucus changes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in endometrial thickness and cervical mucus score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness(11.37±1.65)mm and cervical mucus score(10.89±1.85)points in the experimental group were better than(9.49±1.36)mm and(9.12±1.77)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective treatment in the experimental group was 97.22%,which was significantly higher than 74.29%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aspirin combined with Clomifene and chorionic gonadotropin in the treatment of infertility can effectively increase the endometrial thickness,improve the cervical environment,and improve the overall clinical efficacy.
