雷公藤多苷联合咪唑斯汀治疗皮炎湿疹患者效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析雷公藤多苷联合咪唑斯汀治疗皮炎湿疹患者效果及安全性。方法94例皮炎湿疹患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组47例。对照组口服咪唑斯汀片,研究组在对照组治疗基础上应用雷公藤多苷治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、炎症因子水平、不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率95.74%高于对照组的80.85%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-6、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均低于治疗前,且研究组患者IL-2(132.10±23.28)ng/L、IL-6(10.34±1.07)ng/L、CRP(7.54±1.15)mg/L均低于对照组的(201.25±18.72)ng/L、(24.85±1.71)ng/L、(10.08±1.83)mg/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率4.26%低于对照组的19.15%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床使用雷公藤多苷联合咪唑斯汀治疗皮炎湿疹,可降低炎症因子,减少不良反应的发生,提高治疗效果。Objective To analyze the effect and safety of tripterygium wilfordii combined with mizolastine in the treatment of patients with dermatitis and eczema.Methods A total of 94 patients with dermatitis and eczema were divided into control group and research group according to random numerical table,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mizolastine tablets orally,and the research group was treated with tripterygium wilfordii on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The therapeutic effect,inflammatory factor levels,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 95.74%of the research group was higher than 80.85%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the interleukin(IL)-2,IL-6 and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the two groups were lower than those before than those before treatment in this group;the IL-2(132.10±23.28)ng/L,IL-6(10.34±1.07)ng/L and CRP(7.54±1.15)mg/L in the research group were lower than(201.25±18.72)ng/L,(24.85±1.71)ng/L and(10.08±1.83)mg/L in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 4.26%in the research group was lower than 19.15%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tripterygium wilfordii combined with mizolastine in the treatment of dermatitis and eczema can reduce inflammatory factors,reduce adverse reactions,and effectively improve the therapeutic effect.
