利尿通淋方联合穴位按摩对痔疮术后尿潴留的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析利尿通淋方联合穴位按摩对痔疮术后尿潴留的效果。方法60例痔疮术后尿潴留患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组给予术后常规干预,试验组在对照组基础上采取利尿通淋方联合穴位按摩治疗。比较两组患者治疗后中医症状评分及临床疗效。结果试验组患者排尿无力、小腹坠胀、倦怠乏力评分分别为(1.42±0.22)、(1.12±0.13)、(0.82±0.11)分,均显著低于对照组的(1.71±0.27)、(1.45±0.11)、(1.21±0.12)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者临床总有效率为90.00%,显著高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利尿通淋方联合穴位按摩对痔疮术后尿潴留患者的效果显著,能改善患者的临床症状,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of Liniao Tonglin formula combined with acupoint massage on urinary retention after hemorrhoid surgery.Methods A total of 60 patients with urinary retention after hemorrhoid surgery were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional postoperative intervention,and the experimental group was treated with Liniao Tonglin formula combined with acupoint massage on the basis of the control group.The traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of acraturesis,sagging distention in lower abdomen,and fatigue in the experimental group were(1.42±0.22),(1.12±0.13),and(0.82±0.11)points,which were significantly lower than(1.71±0.27),(1.45±0.11),and(1.21±0.12)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate in the experimental group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than 66.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Liniao Tonglin formula combined with acupoint massage has significant effect on patients with urinary retention after hemorrhoid surgery,and can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
